IWMPI23

From March 22 - 24, 2023, the International Workshop on Magnetic Particle Imaging (IWMPI) took place in Aachen. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Volkmar Schulz (PMI) and PD Ioana Slabu (BEE) ensured a successful workshop by their organization as Chair and Co-Chair. Our working group was also able to participate in the scientific program with three other participants, Max Schoenen, Oliver Reisen and Lukas Glänzer.

Max Schoenen presented his research on linear structures in magnetic nanoparticles in hyperthermia and Magnetic Particle Imaging (MPI). Oliver Reisen talked about the degradation behavior of nanocarriers and MPI as a possible measurement method. Lukas Glänzer addressed the topic of characterization of effectivity by magnetic targeting in artificial vascular networks.
