The Biophysical & Education Engineering group, BEE, resides on two strong pillars called “science“ and “education“. As diverse as these pillars are the professional backgrounds of the head, Professor Martin Baumann and all other group members, the university assistants and students.

As diverse as these pillars are the professional backgrounds of the head, Prof. Martin Baumann and all other group members, i.e. university assistants and students.
Each member takes an active part in scientific projects, development of future teaching and learning scenarios, and lecturing. These are the group members:

head, engineer, physiologist, didactic, and early bird -
PD Dr. rer. nat. Ioana Slabu;
division manager, source of inspiration, no token woman, and always in charge -
Max Lindemann;
scientific assistant, continuously analyzing and thirsty for action -
Benedikt Mues;
scientific assistant, computer simulation expert and master to all hyperthermic nanoparticles
